REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: August 16, 2026
Last Updated: August 16, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms applicable to payments, cancellations, refunds, and service engagements with Vorellis Holdings, Inc. (“Vorellis Holdings,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Because Vorellis Holdings provides professional, strategic, management, and consultation-based services that may involve the allocation of time, resources, research, preparation, and other business resources, refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature and status of the engagement.

Clients are encouraged to review this Policy before purchasing or engaging any paid service offered by Vorellis Holdings.

1. CONSULTATION AND SERVICE CANCELLATIONS

Clients who need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation or service should contact Vorellis Holdings as soon as reasonably possible.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted using the contact information provided on our website.

Whether a payment is eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling will depend on the nature of the service, work already performed, resources committed, and any written agreement applicable to the engagement.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be considered when:

  • Vorellis Holdings is unable to provide a purchased service;
  • A duplicate payment or billing error has occurred;
  • A service has been cancelled before substantial work or preparation has begun and a refund is appropriate under the applicable service terms; or
  • A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Any refund determination may take into consideration work already completed, professional time committed, third-party expenses incurred, administrative costs, and other resources allocated to the engagement.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES AND EXPENSES

Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing, amounts attributable to services already performed or resources already committed may be non-refundable.

This may include:

  • Completed consultations;
  • Strategic planning, analysis, research, or advisory work already performed;
  • Customized reports, plans, assessments, or other deliverables already prepared;
  • Administrative or professional work already completed;
  • Third-party costs or expenses incurred on behalf of a client; and
  • Other customized services substantially performed before a cancellation or refund request.

Any specific written agreement governing a client engagement may establish additional or different cancellation and refund provisions.

4. SERVICE DEPOSITS AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS

Certain engagements may require a deposit, retainer, advance payment, or other upfront payment before work begins.

The refundability of such payments will depend on the applicable service agreement, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or other written terms provided for the engagement.

Once work has begun or resources have been committed, all or a portion of an advance payment may become non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. RESCHEDULING

When appropriate, Vorellis Holdings may permit a client to reschedule a consultation or service instead of cancelling the engagement.

Rescheduling availability is not guaranteed and may depend on scheduling capacity, the type of service, and the circumstances surrounding the request.

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may be subject to additional conditions.

6. REFUND REQUESTS

To request a refund, clients should contact Vorellis Holdings and provide sufficient information for us to identify and review the transaction.

A refund request should include, when applicable:

  • Client name;
  • Email address;
  • Service or engagement purchased;
  • Date of payment;
  • Amount paid;
  • Invoice, receipt, or transaction information; and
  • Reason for the refund request.

Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

After a refund is initiated, the time required for the funds to appear in the client’s account may depend on the payment processor, financial institution, card network, or other payment provider.

Vorellis Holdings does not control processing times imposed by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.

8. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Clients are encouraged to contact Vorellis Holdings directly regarding billing questions, service concerns, or refund requests so that we have an opportunity to review and address the matter.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies that a consumer may have under applicable law or applicable payment-network rules.

9. THIRD-PARTY FEES AND EXPENSES

Certain services may involve fees, expenses, or charges paid to third parties.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law, third-party costs that have already been incurred on behalf of a client may not be refundable by Vorellis Holdings.

10. WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Specific engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, service agreement, statement of work, invoice, engagement letter, or other written agreement.

If the refund or cancellation provisions of a separately executed agreement conflict with this general Policy, the terms of the applicable agreement will control to the extent of that conflict, subject to applicable law.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Vorellis Holdings may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, payment practices, business operations, or legal requirements.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date displayed at the top of this Policy will be revised.

Clients and website visitors are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
